- Enter destination number at the dial tone

- When using VIP, do not press the dial or send key after dialing your international number.
- Do not use your phone's contact book to enter international number as this will result in charges from your phone provider.
- Your phone provider will be able to confirm if there's any extra charge when dialing your personal access number. If you will be charged extra, please use the toll free access number 1-800-836-5006. Please be advised we don’t have access numbers for every area code in the U.S.
- To prevent accidental calls over your mobile network, we recommend blocking outgoing international calls with your mobile provider.
