- VIPConnect is not designed for use when roaming in other countries. The VIP app uses your network provider’s voice network to connect to the VIP network in order to give you the best call quality. When you are in your home country, the access call is free to you as it is included in your plan minutes, however, if you use the app when you are roaming in another country, your network provider will charge you roaming fees when the app dials the home country access number.
