Requirements to be eligible to take part in Digicel’s 17th Anniversary Promotion

1. QUALIFICATION Prepaid Customers To participate, simply send a Top Up of $5 US or more via electronic recharge, scratch cards, or online diaspora channels. Each transaction guarantees one entry, with every $5 Top Up sent constituting one entry. For instance, sending a $10 US Top Up earns 2 entries, while a $22 US Top Up earns 4 entries. Each Top Up sent entitles customers to enter the daily drawings. Entries do not carry over to subsequent days. Customers must reenter each day to be qualified for daily drawings.
2. MAIN COMPETITION During the promotional period, daily draws will occur for Prepaid customers who receive a Top Up with US$5 or more. A randomly chosen winner from the preceding day will receive a live phone call on the subsequent day. In the event that the initial winner is unreachable, the next selected winner will be contacted, and this procedure will continue until successful communication is achieved. To ensure eligibility to claim your prize if selected, it is imperative to customers keep their phone operational throughout the promotion period.
3. ELIGIBILITY Employees of Digicel Guyana or any affiliated company, along with their immediate families, as well as individuals associated with the competition or prize draw—including but not limited to prize sponsors, campaign talents, vendors, wholesalers, and their agents—are ineligible to participate in the competition.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS a. Digicel Guyana maintains the prerogative to cancel or modify the competition or its regulations without prior notice, should there be an actual or anticipated breach of competition standards or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond Digicel Guyana’s reasonable control that affect the integrity of the competition. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a competition, Digicel’s decision of who are the winner(s) shall be the final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. b. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, accurate and complete. Digicel Guyana reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. c. Digicel Guyana assumes that by reading the publication or by using the website and entering the competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over. d. Digicel Guyana assumes that the subscriber who presents his/her handset with the qualifying text message after they have been notified of being one of the winners, is the legitimate & the sole owner of same, which must be presented to our office along with identification details to claim prizes. e. 12. Do they have to pay to receive the confirmation SMS? No. The text is free.

14. If they have deleted the confirmation SMS by accident, will they lose their entry into the promotion? No, they will not. Even if they delete their entry SMS, they will still have an entry for that day.
15. What do they do when they receive an entry into the promotion? Once they receive an entry into the promotion, they can tune in to the live drawing (channel details to be updated) and keep their phone on to receive a call once they were randomly selected.
16. What if my friends or family is a winner and miss the call if they are selected? If they are chosen and happen to miss the call, their prize will be forfeited, and the next randomly selected winner will be contacted, and so on.
